Like you, I have experienced many major life transitions, ranging from unemployment and care giving, to re-marriage and a new career. Life is full of these transitions, and sometimes they can be painful or scary - even when they are "positive" events. During these times, I learned that with the right support from a trusted source, I could make decisions and take action that presented greater opportunities than I imagined possible during the transition. Now, I help others through these times. Send me an email or call me. We can have a brief conversation to see if I can provide the support you need as you navigate your personal or professional transition.
